The decorating contest is open to homes and, new this year, businesses within Panola County!    Judging will be on Thursday, December 16.

HOMES-1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be announced on December 17, and 1st place home will receive a $100 cash prize, 2nd place a $50 cash prize and all winning homes will receive a special yard sign, special recognition on the City of Carthage website and will be spotlighted in the Panola Watchman and announced on KGAS Radio.
BUSINESSES-1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners will be announced on Friday, December 17 and will receive a "Traveling Trophy" to display in their windows, recognition on the City of Carthage website, and will be spot-lighted in the Panola Watchman and announced on KGAS Radio.
